I was at my friends house for dinner. She has a 6 yr old autistic brother that doesnt talk much at all and has never looked at me before.after dinner the family talks about their highest and lowest point of their day.when it came to her brothers turn he said having me over for dinner.

I’m the kind of guy that will go out of my way to hold a door open for some one. One day at school a little boy with his mom asked me why I had done this for them.
I told him that my grandmother had told me it was the polite thing to do. For the last week I have seen him hold open doors for strangers.

Today , a little girl walked up and asked me my name. After I told her she said “I think your really preety” and gave me a big hug.

Today is the one year anniversary since my best friend killed himself. I was crying in my room when it started raining outside. As I was talking aloud I said “why does this have to happen?”
My 4 year old baby cousin comes in, gives me a hug and says “Its raining because he misses you too.” She GMH
At a birthday party, my 3 year old cousin got a pack of pink heart stickers. She went over to her parents and said, “I love hearts because I love mommy and daddy.”

When my daughter was 16 and got her drivers permit she asked to become an organ donor. When I asked her why she decided to be an organ donor she said “Mom, Why do I need my organs if I died?
I could save other people’s lives!” Teens who think past themselves GMH!
I’ve had a really crummy day today and to entertain myself while I was bored I was looking at wedding dresses. I was just browsing when I found my perfect dress but I could only think of how bad I’d look in it until I asked my six year old little brother if the dress was pretty .
He replied, “I only think YOU are pretty.” KGMH
At Christmas time, my 10 year old daughter bought a backpack, two button up shirts, a few apples, a refillable water bottle and an application from the store we were at. She put them all in the backpack, along with a note that said god loves you.
Walked up and gave it to a homeless man, along with a hug. Her kindness GMH
My little cousin, Keegan’s father died in July. Since Christmas is coming up, my aunt thought he would be upset but instead, Keegan says:
“What time do they open presents in Heaven so I can open my presents with daddy?”

Today my boyfriend broke up with me in the park. I was sitting on a bench crying when a little boy came up to me and sail “why are you crying ,you are better then him”

While standing in line at a carnival I watched this teenage boy go up and push his girlfriend. After witnessing it a small boy at the age of 5 turn to the boy and yelled, “Hey! You don’t do that! You don’t hit girls!”

On Halloween, there was a young boy that came up to my door dressed as an army man. I thought nothing of it as he was walking up the walkway. But when he came to the door he had a paper sign on his chest that said “All the money that I collect tonight will be going to the men that serve for us. God Bless”

The reason why I smile is because of my brother. He always makes me smile no matter what. When I was crying so hard because one of my friends was being a jerk to me.
He said “If that guy makes my sister cry, I’m going to beat him up. No one does that to my sister!”

My youngest brother is 8. He has Angelman Syndrome. He is always happy. He can’t talk which can frustrate him.
Doctors said he would never learn anything. He learned to walk at age 5. He learned to spell, the alphabet, colors and math at age 7.
He pushes through every challenge with a smile & is persistent in all that he does. He GMH :)
I saw a little lost boy today. I asked him to describe his mum and he told me: “she’s pretty beautiful and kind to me.”

For 8 years, I’ve lived in foster homes. Now I live in one with a little girl whose parents and sister died in a fire. One day, without thinking, I asked about her sister.
I felt guilty when I saw the confused expression on her face. Then she said:
“But YOU are my sister now.” Anne, your ability to love and move on GMH
We went with my little sister to kindergarten one day. She told us that her best friend, Rose, was the one wearing the pink t-shirt.
She was also the only black child in the class. Ignoring the skin colors GMH
There’s a boy in my school who’s been in a wheelchair since 1st grade. He’s been trying to get a soccer team together for disabled kids since then. Now we’re seniors in high school.
Finally, last year, he raised enough money to form a team. Instead of forming a team, he donated it all to cancer research.

My cousin, who is only 2, said to me, “I love you!” So of course I answered back “I love you too!”
He replied “I love you SO MUCH!”
And ran up to me, hugged me, and kissed me on the cheek. KGMH!
