My cousin got back surgery last week. The doctor who had givin him the surgery had been working all week. When he came in to check on my cousin, my cousin said “How are your feet?

Last weekend I was outside of my friend’s apartment crying hysterically. A little girl and her mom walked by, and I was really embarrassed. But as the little girl walked by, I heard her asking “What’s wrong?
Is she going to be okay? Can I give her a hug?”

Leaving church one day, I spotted a homeless man across the street going through the dumpster. He had two young, small dogs attached to his waist by a crude leash.
When he managed to find something to eat, he gave it to his dogs.

When I was 24 I decided that I was going to kill myself. Than my Sister told me she was pregnant and that I was going to be an Aunt and a Godmother.
Today my Nephew turned 5.
He hugged me tight and told me thank you for being the best Aunt.

When I was in 5th grade I had a rough time, and had Anxiety and depression. There was a little boy that was in the second grade, and every day he would pick me a flower and bring it to me.
He did that all throughout the school year and at the end of the year he gave me a peom and called the “most preetiest girl.”

My two year old son was at the playground when some older boys wouldn’t let him play on the jungle gym. My five year old daughter, who usually doesn’t get along with her brother, stood up to three boys nearly twice her age until they let her brother play on the jungle gym.

My best friend recently lost a battle with Leukaemia, he was 17. Yesterday, his 6 year old brother said to me:

I work at a large school as the “cleaning lady.” Most of the children there ignore me, or think that their much better than me. Today was the last day before the Christmas Holidays.
One of the “popular” girls came up to me with a card and a small box of chocolates. In the card it said “Thank you for always being there and cleaning our school!” KGMH
I have Leukemia. When my friend from High School found out she offered to shave her head for me when my hair fell out.

Today I was waiting to get my hair trimmed. I was checking my phone when this little kid, out of nowhere, says “You’re pretty.” He was so adorable and nobody has ever said that to me before.

My five year old sister was reading a Compassion International magazine with my mom in which there was a lot of poverty depicted. One story was about poor families in the Himilayan Mountains.
My sister looked really hard at the pictures and asked “Mom, could we go there and bring that family home to live with us?”

I was working Miracle League Baseball. I was a buddy for a non-verbal autistic child named Dante. When I took him to his mom, I said “Bye buddy!” He smiled and said, “Bye”
His mom was completely shocked. That GMH and made me so happy.
I am suffering from severe anxiety and depression, everyone has walked away and will not admit to anything being wrong. Every weekend, a one year old sees me, grins, giggles and reaches for me…

My cousin was truly the greatest person I’ve ever met. He lost his battle against cancer in February and I was devastated when I missed his funeral.
Over 100 people showed up to it, and I was told that when the last person finished speaking, a huge rainbow appeared suddenly.

Once when I was 10, I was late for school, so I couldn’t catch the bus anymore.A young girl passed by with her mother and she pleased her mom to take me with them. I got to school this morning and I’m still best friends with that girl, though she’s six years younger than me! (She’s now 16, I’m 24)

I guess I looked upset, and a random little boy came up to me and said “Why are you sad? God obviously made you a beautiful angel. Be happy!” And walked off.

I am diagnosed with Leukemia. I am 19 years old. I was getting a chemo treatment done when a little girl with no hair walked into my room.

At Wendy’s we have to ask if te coustomer would like to donate a dollar to the Susan G Kommen foundation. A mom and 8-yr-old son walked in and I could tell they were short on money. When I asked if they would like to donate a dollar she politely declined, but the little boy was yelling, “DONTATE. DO IT. YES YES”

I was sat in my room crying for hours. I hadn’t noticed that my brother had come round, along with my 4 year old nephew, before my nephew came into my room.
He instantly said “Sorry Ellie, sorry” I replied “You haven’t done anything, sweetheart.” He then said “well someone should say sorry when someone beautiful cries.”

Today, a five year old in my k-12 school asked me if I had any Post-It notes. I said yes, and gave her about a fourth of the ones in my locker.
She thanked me, and ran off. Later, I saw my blue little Post-It notes around the school with the CUTEST 5yr old writing on it that said “I love you much.” KGMH
I met this little boy today who looked about 8 years old. I was looking for a homecoming dress when a boy came up to me, pointed at a dress, and said, “This would look pretty on you.”
I spent the next hour with this boy, looking at dresses. He told me he wished he was older and went to my school so he could take me to homecoming. Reese GMH

I broke my collar bone and was walking around school today in a lot of pain. A little mentally disabled boy walked by with his teacher. As he passed I heard him say “Is she alright?” To his teacher, sounding very concerned.
