Today I was babysitting my six year old sister. My boyfriend then came over. And in front of my little sister, called me an ugly ho and said he never loved me.
As soon as he left I started crying and my little sister threw her arms around me and said “I think you’re beautiful and I’ll love you forever sissy.”
Because of her, Kgmh.
One of my close friends cuts. She carved the word Hell on her leg. This little boy went up to her and said she forgot the O after hell
That was the first time I saw her smile so big.
I wore a dress after so many years, I wasn’t comfortable with it because I’m used to wearing a shirt and jeans. As my boyfriend and I walked to his apartment, a few little kids were playing outside and I heard a little girl say “She looks so pretty.” She GMH.
I’ve always had self-esteem issues. When I went to see Tangled with a friend a few days ago, a little girl about six years old kept staring at me while we were in line. When I turned and smiled, she said “You look so pretty, just like Rapunzel! Are you a princess too?” Her innocent compliment GMH
I just recently got custody of my baby cousin (7) and I wanted her to meet my boyfriend so I asked him to come over. She walked right
up to him, gave him a ring pop, and said
“Treat my new mommy nicely, she really loves you and I need a daddy.”
Her love for others, even in her toughest times GMH. Precious, I love you babygirl.
A couple years ago my grandma slipped on some ice when she was getting in her car. When we went to visit her, I was scared because she had bruises around her eyes and on her face. My then 3 year old brother said “You’ll always be beautiful to me grandma.” He never forgets to tell her. He GMH
My grandma asked what my little cousin wanted for his birthday. “I want a ladder” he said, and my grandma asked why. “So I can visit my grandpa in heaven.” My grandpa died when he was very little and he stills remembers and misses him a lot.

Today was my mother’s funeral. We had a bulletin board with a bunch of pictures and memories on it. My five year old cousin took one of the pictures off, and held it to his heart and said “Now you’ll always be close to my heart.” His LGMH.
Today at dinner my parents were fighting once again. My 6 year old sister and I were trying to ignore it. . She saw that I was starting to cry and yelled out “Well this is a fun and educational conversation!” She got my parents and I laughing for ages. Ana, I know you don’t know this, but you keep this family together. YGMH
Yesterday at the bookstore I overheard a kid about 5 years old laugh and say, “Daddy look! They made a book for dummies!” I shook my head, thinking he just thought the title was funny. Then he continued, “But that’s silly! No one’s a dummy.” I smiled the rest of the day. Kids like him GMH.
Yesterday a little girl and boy that I know were holding hands. She’s 2, he’s 3. She’s black, he’s white. When the little girl wanted to go play, the little boy said “No, hold my hand.” And she did. Their parents looked on and smiled and laughed. These KGMH. :)
My parents are divorcing, and my little sister is moving out with my mother. I cried for hours, and so did she.
Then, she silently asked, “Am I going to die?”
I asked her if she knew what dying meant, and she simply said, “It means I’m going to have to live without you.” I love her to death.
I was having lunch with my boyfriend and his 7 year old brother when he suddenly asked my boyfriend if he is going to marry me. My boyfriend then asked if he wanted him to. He said yes. They’re Christians, I’m a Muslim. Silas, your ability to see love past religion GMH!
Today, me and my friend were asked by a 7-year-old if we were brother and sister. I’m black and my friend is white. I said yes. The little kid seemed satisfied.

Before Christmas I went on a mission trip to Harlen, Kentucky. We put on a Christmas party for the local people. Each family received donated gifts from my school. When Santa asked the first girl what she wanted for Christmas, she said “Can you make my mommy better?” Unselfish KGMH.
My brother was on facebook, and he showed a picture of one girl to my mom and asked “do you think she is pretty?” My mom said “not as pretty as your sister”, and he looked at her and said, “Well no one could ever be as pretty as my sister.” No matter how much we fight, my little brother GMH.
I was at a birthday party with my 1-year-old son, Lucien. When the pinata got busted open, one of my cousins yelled, “Wait, Lucien doesn’t have any candy!” Suddenly all the kids came running at me & my son with handfuls of candy. Their generosity GMH.
This Christmas my 7 year old sister made me a homemade gifts. She took her gift over to me. I opened it and in it was a heart with pictures she had found of me taped to it and she had written on it: You are perfect just the way you are. I began to cry. It was the best Christmas present I’d ever received. Her kindness and love GMH.
I have just broken up with my boyfriend, who I loved dearly.
I think I cried for hours. Zachary, my 3 year old autistic, son came up to me, hugged me, and spoke… for the first time. His words to me, “Don’t cry mommy, I love you.” He left me breathless. He GMH.
My boyfriend broke up with me; I was a complete wreck and cried myself every night. His little cousin, who I’d met only once, sent me a message on chat that said, “I really don’t know what he’s thinking. You’re the most beautiful person I’ve ever seen.”
He’s only 7.

I was crying after a fight with my dad. I locked my doors so no one could get it when someone slid a note under the door. It was from my little sister. It said “turn that frown upside down” with a smiley face, and it said “Are you okay? Pleaseanswere”

My family is struggling, I don’t have many friends, and I never feel good enough. Yesterday, I was walking in the rain when a car roared by and drenched me. I broke down in tears. A little girl with a pink umbrella and boots came splashing, gave me a hug, and continued in the rain. Her joy GMH.
My little 8 year old sister has leukemia. Today I visited her in hospital and she said to me “Ellie, I know I’m going to die. But I know that I’m going to be coming back as a kitten. So after I’m gone and when a kitten comes to your door. It will be me. I will always love you. Even when I’ll be a cat”.

There is a disabled woman living in my town, who everyone is slightly scared of. On Christmas my 10 year old sister jumped into her arms with a huge smile and hugged her tightly. I told my sister how proud I am of her, and she said that everyone needs love and this lady is no different to anyone else. Monique, your love and acceptance GMH
I had gotten in a fight with my sister and I ran outside to hide As I was crying, feeling unloved and alone, I heard the words of my little nephew saying “Sierra if you hear me please come home I love you and I don’t want the wolves to eat you” and he continued to wait for me. My nephew’s bravery GMH
My boyfriend’s 9 year old brother has a condition called global delay which is similar to mild autism, so he is intensely shy. The other day I said hello to him like usual. He smiled, cried “Hi Alyssa!” and hugged me. Kyle GMH
I worked at a Santa Set in the mall this year. Every day we had kids come with lists filled with expensive items such as ipads and iphones. Today one little boy came in with only 1 item on his list - a new liver for his dad. One little boys’ selfless Christmas wish GMH! (PS. I hope you get it!)
Today I was watching the news.
I saw a story about a little girl who lived in a low income neighborhood who was giving her toys to homeless children.
When the reporter asked her why, she responded, “Because Christmas is more about giving to the less fortunate”.

My parents scream and fight constantly and it’s gotten bad. Last night my 4 year old sister came into my room. She tried to pick me up and I asked what she was doing. She said she was running away and I was one of the things she needed to bring with her. My baby sister GMH.
Today, and all this week I have been studying for very important exams. My little brother has been cooking my food so that I don’t forget to eat and has been helping me revise and been leaving me motivational messages. My brother has autism and normally he never even talks to me.

Today, I heard a story on the radio about a little girl who sold ALL of her toys on Ebay. Why? She wanted to buy bulletproof vests for our county’s police dogs. She is only 6. Her selfless, caring, innocence GMH
